Booking directly with us to get the best rate offer available and by booking our official website you’ll receive a bottle of red wine in room upon your arrival.
Any modification or cancellation of your reservation it is allowed according to the cancellation policy related to the offer chosen.

Standard policy – related to Standard rates and Minimum stay rates:
Free cancellation within 48h prior the check-in date – cancellation penalty will be applied for late cancellation or no-show.
Non-Refundable policy - pre-payment for the entire amount of your booking is required to confirm it:
Any cancellation is subjected to 100% penalty – the hotel will not refund the deposit made.
Check-in/check-out dates modification may be subjected to a penalty fee: in case you made a direct booking through e-mail/phone/website, please contact our Front Desk staff for further information.
Yes, it is possible prior request and hotel’s availability. Any modification for the room chosen or the number of guest for every rate plane chosen will be subjected to extra costs. Please, contact us directly for any issue related.
